“ Wasabi is a hidden gem for Asian cuisine in Medfield! Whatever you’re craving, they’ve probably got it! Your kid wants ramen, you’re in the mood for sushi—done. Your husband’s feeling Thai, but you’d rather have Chinese? No problem! The menu has incredible variety and is consistently delicious. The atmosphere is warm and lively, especially around the bar. Eric, the bartender, always greets you with a smile and remembers your favorite drink, which makes every visit feel personal. Anna, the owner, truly goes out of her way to make every customer feel welcome. You can tell she puts her heart into creating a great dining experience. It’s our go-to spot when we want a relaxed night out with amazing food and even better service. Can’t recommend it enough! ”

“ We tried the crab rangoons, veg pad thai, shrimp lo mein, hot and sour soup, Philadelphia roll, snow crab mountain (?) roll, and green tea milk tea with boba. All pretty good! The atmosphere was nice and the service was attentive, polite, and helpful. Different enough from the other sushi restaurant in town with plenty of noodle dishes. ”

“ A high quality Asian bistro. A nice interior, with excellent attentive service staff. Food came extremely quickly. I got a salmon maki roll and spicy fried rice with beef. The sushi was very high quality, a nice cut of fresh fish, with tasty white rice. The spicy rice was a generous portion, well spiced and textured, a good bite to the rice because it was cooked well. Overall a great first experience and I look forward to going again. ”

“ Came here with a buddy Wednesday April 30th, and it was great from start to finish. We were seated immediately, and the waitress was friendly, attentive, and never pushy. The sushi and entrees were well portioned and delicious, and at no point were we made to feel rushed, even after we paid. The soft jazz music playing was a nice departure from the overly loud music in some restaurants; it was nice to be able to have a quiet conversation and still be able to hear eachother. We will absolutely be back! ”

The sushi is a bit on the pricier side for the amount you get, but it's pretty good quality for this area and beautifully displayed The Thai iced tea with boba tasted great and paired well with the Medfield Roll. I'd also recommend getting a couple of rolls or another side if you're hungry, since one was not enough. ”

“ A hidden gem that opened last year and now our weekly go-to for Japanese - sashimi, sushi, ramen and poke bowls. The staff is very friendly and the owner, Anna, makes you feel so at home. The sashimi/sushi are fresh, delicious and prepared beautifully. The cocktails are creative and well made - mai tais, pistachio martinis, you name it. The kids (and adults) enjoy various fruit teas/slushees with optional boba. They also offer Chinese and Thai food on the menu. Staples like beef teriyaki sticks, sichuan fried rice or tangerine beef are must haves and often added to our meals with lots of leftovers to go home with. Highly recommend Wasabi Asian Bistro&Bar to anyone looking for great Asian food. ”
